Our goal is to look at every aspect that can influence health and analyse any 'weak points' that may be contributing to your symptoms. Initial Consultation 45- 60 minutes. Each client will leave with a tailored nutrition and lifestyle plan consisting of (if needed); -Personalised Nutrition Plan -*Personlaised Herbal Tonic (not included in price) -Supplement recommendations -Lifestyle recommendations- sleep, stress, cooking tips etc.

Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy: -Less than 48 hours noticed will result in 50% of the consultation being charged. -Less than 24 hours notice will result in 100% of the consultation being charged. -Failure to show up to an appointment will result in the full cost of the consultation being charged.
