The Insomnia Pack
The sleep pack is deisgned to relax the nervous system and help the body go in to a deep restful sleep. I have used these three products together with hundreds of clients over the years and find the results brillaint!
Insomnia herbal tonic (100ml) contains a blend of herbs aimed to regulate stress homrones and aid the body in to a deep sleep. They are all natural herbs and will not leave a hangover affect on the body.
Dosage: Take 5mls (1 teaspoon) in 50mls hot water 30 minutes before bed. Can repeat if neccessary (i.e. you can make up a double dose and take them during the night if you wake up!)
Biocare Magnesium Powder (90g). Magnesium increases GABA, which encourages relaxation as well as sleep. Low GABA levels in the body can make it difficult to relax. Magnesium also plays a key role in regulating the body's stress-response system.
Dosage: Two heaped scoops (approx 3g) going to bed.
Lavender essential oil in a base of grapseed oil (50mls) offers calming and soothing properties that can help reduce stress. it also increases slow-wave sleep, instrumental for slowing heartbeat and relaxing.
Recommeded use: Apply to feet and tummy going to bed
