Service Description

The test kit will be posted out to you prior to the consultation. Please book your consultation at least 10 days out to allow enough time for the kit to be sent, performed, returned and analysed prior to your consultation. Thank you. Available to clients based in Ireland only. This consultation is available with Rachael or with our amazing Gut Mind Clinic Nutritionist Claire. What does this session include? The Food Detective Test with the nutrition consultation takes an in dept look in to your past health history as well as current symptoms. Our goal is to get to the root of exactly what is causing your problems and most importantly, put a personalised gut healing plan in place- specifically for you! We also use the consultation as an education tool for you- We try to (finally) explain exactly what is going on in your body and how to fix it. When you understand it why you are eating/avoiding a certain food, it becomes a lot easier to follow! -The Food Detective™ Intolerance Test tests 60 of the most common foods. -The test is carried out using a finger prick blood sample. There are no needles involved, just a simple pinprick to the skin. Your test kit will be sent out prior to your consultation via Fastway couriers.

Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy: -Less than 48 hours noticed will result in 50% of the consultation being charged. -Less than 24 hours notice will result in 100% of the consultation being charged. -Failure to show up to an appointment will result in the full cost of the consultation being charged.
