Consultation Cancellations
As a courtesy to us and other clients please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% of the consultation being charged. Failure to show up to an appointment will result in the full cost of the consultation being charged.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to cancellation the order will be deemed valid.
Consultations Payment
The full cost of the consultation has to be paid either before you arrive or after your consultation has ended.
Online Payments
At AOK Nutrition we accept Credit Card payment via stripe and paypal. AOK NUtrition reserves the right to amend the price of our products without notice.
Ownership & Risk
Ownership and risk of damage in the items passes to the client upon delivery to the clients specified delivery address

Incorrect delivery address/undelivered parcel
If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, an extra postage charge will apply to send it again.

We have the right to revise and amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice by changing them on the Site, provided that any such change will not affect any purchases you have made before the change is implemented.
Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in waiver of such right. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms & Conditions.
5.4 These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by Irish law, and any disputes in relation to it are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ireland.
