This panel is specifically designed for individuals in the postpartum period who have not yet had their period return. It’s recommended to do this blood test from 6 weeks postpartum to check your nutritional levels and overall health. If you have already regained your period, the Full Hormone and Blood Count Panel would be a better option for you, as it includes more detailed hormone testing. If your period has returned, we recommend the Full Hormone and Blood Count Panel, which includes hormone markers for a more comprehensive analysis. Pre-Test Guidelines: 🔸 Fasting: Please fast for 10 hours before your appointment for optimal accuracy. 🔸 Hydration: Drink plenty of water before your test to stay well-hydrated. Important Note: While you will receive a detailed report with reference ranges, results will not be analysed or interpreted by our team. We recommend discussing your results with your GP or healthcare provider, especially if any markers fall outside the normal range.
