One of my favourite breakfast- Protein Pancakes!! A Combination of protein and carbs makes this the perfect pre or post workout meal.... they are also fab as a healthy dessert! Where's the part again about eating healthy being boring!
1 Tablespoon Oats
1/2 cap vanilla extract
50mls coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
30g Chocolate protein powder (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender or you can use a fork and mix it up
Spoon about 4 tablespoons (gives 1 pancake) on to a pan with coconut oil. You get about 7 pancakes from that recipe.
I usually put something on every layer- fave being Greek yoghurt and nuts n more white chocolate peanut butter!! The protein I use is bulk powder whey isolate chocolate cookie flavour- It's amazing!
